60th Azabu-Juban Noryo Festival

The '60th Azabu-Juban Noryo Festival' will be held across the entire Azabu-Juban Shopping Street area in Minato Ward, Tokyo, from Saturday, August 22 to Sunday, August 23, 2026. This festival is a summer tradition held for over 50 years by the Azabu-Juban Shopping Street, which supports the international town of Azabu-Juban where downtown atmosphere and modern buildings coexist. In the vibrant shopping street, historic long-established shops and popular famous stores will set up elaborate stalls to entertain visitors. In addition, 'Oragakuni Jiman' exhibiting specialty products and foods from across Japan, Noryo Yose (traditional comedy/storytelling), and various stage performances at Stage 10-BANG are scheduled. As a project unique to the international Azabu-Juban, the booth of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Japan, celebrating its 10th year of participation, will introduce Lithuanian wine and mead (honey wine). Furthermore, limited-edition 'Noryo Festival T-shirt & Bamboo Uchiwa Fan Sets' designed by Akira Uno are also scheduled to be sold. It is a warm summer festival handcrafted by the local shopping district, cherishing the distinct character of Azabu-Juban.
