An architectural guided tour of the Meguro City Office building, originally constructed in 1966 as the headquarters of Chiyoda Mutual Life Insurance Company by architect Togo Murano. Reborn as the Meguro City Office in January 2003, this building features wing-like entrance eaves, a ceiling mosaic dome in the entrance hall, a graceful spiral staircase, and a magnificent exterior design. As one of Togo Murano's masterpieces, it continues to be loved by many architecture enthusiasts.
