The "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2026" is one of Japan's largest Halloween cosplay events, held in the Ikebukuro area of Toshima Ward, which is known as a holy ground for manga and anime. Affectionately known as "Ike-Hallow," it gathers a wide range of people, from cosplayers and photographers to anime, manga, and game fans, as well as families. The event features a variety of programs, such as "Niconico Cospllection," where cosplayers walk the runway in their prized costumes, and the "Ike-Hallow Cosplay Parade," which winds through the streets. In particular, on the first day of the event, "Ike-Hallow Night" will be held, where participants aged 18 and older can enjoy photo shoots utilizing the night view. In addition, Enako, a cosplayer active both domestically and internationally, has been confirmed to appear as a special guest to liven up the venue. It is a major autumn event where you can fully experience the charm of cosplay culture.
