TOSHIMA STREET FES 2026 & IKEBUKURO LIVING LOOP

About this event

"TOSHIMA STREET FES 2026" is an urban culture festival held in the Ikebukuro area of Toshima-ku, Tokyo, from Sunday, November 1, to Tuesday (national holiday), November 3, 2026. As a multi-faceted festival crossing various street cultures—including music, dance, art, urban sports, and food—it will take place across 5 venues in the area centered around Ikebukuro Nishiguchi Park Global Ring, as well as Naka-Ikebukuro Park, Animate Theater, and others. A diverse lineup of content is scheduled, including "FREESTYLE SPACE," which fuses street dance, freestyle basketball, freestyle football, double Dutch, and kendama; "BREAK ST," a 2vs2 breakin' battle produced by the breakin' crew FOUND NATION; "VINYL ELEMENT," a 1-minute DJ battle produced by DJ RION; and "LYRICIST LOUNGE," which combines live performances and MC battles produced by rapper TK da Kurobuchi. In addition, "Cross Sports Park," a workshop area where participants can experience multiple urban sports, will be set up, making it an event that everyone from beginners to advanced participants can enjoy. Admission is free, though some content requires a fee.
