About this event
Under the theme "Enjoy Sound, Play with Sound," the "Nerioto Festival 2026" will be held, bringing together diverse attractions centered around music. It is an event that families and friends can enjoy all day long, featuring stage performances, hands-on musical instrument experiences, workshops, and a food and drink area. This year, a diverse lineup of artists has been invited, including "Ikebukuro Animation Philharmonic & Ruka Endo," "Salon Orchestra Japan," "The Town Musicians of Bremen," "Minyo Crusaders feat. Yutaka Kijima," and the "Tokyo Wind Symphony Orchestra," presenting an eclectic program of band performances, string music, wind ensemble, and more. A kids' stage is also scheduled, showcasing performances by the Nerima Ward Junior Orchestra as well as children from local kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools. This event aims to bring culture and the arts closer to people and takes accessibility into consideration. On the same day, the movie screening event "Neribun Cinema Day" will be held at the Nerima Culture Center, showing the film "ONE PIECE FILM RED" along with performances of the movie's theme songs.
