The "43rd Kokubunji Festival 2026" is Kokubunji City's largest autumn event, held on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Tokyo Metropolitan Musashi Kokubunji Park. Scheduled from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, various events will come together in one place, including a citizens' festival, commerce and industry festival, agricultural festival, stage performances, a parade, and a local products fair. With the theme of "Expanding the Circle of Citizens," it aims to deepen the connection between local industry and citizens' lives, attracting approximately 90,000 visitors the previous time. Visitors can enjoy food stalls featuring local eateries, a variety of stage events by local groups, and an impressive parade. Its easy access, about a 7-minute walk from JR Nishi-Kokubunji Station, is also appealing. While there is no mention of admission fees or advance reservations confirmed at this time, past editions were free to walk around the park. Additional fees apply for food, drinks, and product purchases. Since crowds are expected on the day, arriving early and using public transportation are recommended.
