Jointly hosted by Higashikurume City and Kiyose City, the "TOKYO NORTH GATE FESTIVAL (Regional Collaborative Machi-Bar)" is a town-wide bar-hopping event set around the Higashikurume Station and Kiyose Station areas on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, connecting people with the community. Organized by the Regional Revitalization Project Executive Committee, it is held with the cooperation of Higashikurume City, Kiyose City, the Higashikurume Society of Commerce and Industry, the Kiyose Society of Commerce and Industry, and the Kiyose City Tourism Association.
