Atsugi SDGs Festival 2026

About this event

The "Atsugi SDGs Festival 2026," hosted by Atsugi City, is an event aimed at having fun learning and deepening understanding of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). In cooperation with organizations and universities in the city, it aims to widely publicize SDG initiatives to visitors and encourage personal ownership of the issues. On the day of the event, more than 30 hands-on interactive contents themed around the SDGs will gather, including making bamboo spinning tops, crafting ballpoint pens using discarded flowers, giant disaster prevention sugoroku board games, and quiz rallies. It is packed with projects for both children and adults to enjoy, such as trial sessions of Atsugi City's original board game "GetThePoint", plant fragrance experiences, upcycled crafting, and games related to carbon neutrality. In addition, an "e-Sports Exchange Event" will be held on the same day at the same venue, where in addition to trial booths for Puyo Puyo, Suika Game, and Taiko no Tatsujin, visitors can also enjoy a town planning experience of "Future Atsugi City" using Minecraft. It is a special one-day event where parents and children can learn about SDGs while having fun.
