Agriculture, Commerce, and Industry Collaboration Ayase Industry Festival: Commerce and Industry Fair & Agricultural Harvest Festival

About this event

Bringing together agricultural, commercial, and industrial businesses from across Ayase City under the theme "Discover Deliciousness, Discover Fun!", this event allows visitors to fully enjoy the industries of Ayase. A local specialty direct-sales corner will feature locally grown fresh vegetables, chicken eggs, garden trees, cut flowers, and potted plants for sale. Additionally, freshly baked bread, coffee, numerous food, beverage, and merchandise booths from within the city, as well as kitchen cars (food trucks), will be present. A manufacturing exhibition and hands-on workshop by local industrial manufacturers will also be held, allowing visitors to experience the appeal of craftsmanship. On stage, Yoshimoto comedy shows, dance performances across a wide range of generations, and powerful musical performances will be presented. Furthermore, a grand raffle with luxurious prizes is scheduled. A major highlight is the free distribution of approximately 3,000 servings of "butasuki" (pork sukiyaki) cooked in a giant cauldron using Ayase-produced ingredients (pork, green onions, and burdock root).
