This is an autumn special public opening of the Hoshina Family Residence, a Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property held in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture. On this occasion, you can view this historically valuable building up close. The opening will take place on Saturday, October 17, during three time slots: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The venue is the Hoshina Family Residence (Kameno/Ueno district, Tokamachi City). The admission fee is 600 yen per person, with an advance registration requirement and a first-come, first-served limit of 15 people per session. The application period runs from Friday, September 11 to Wednesday, September 30. Preschool children are not allowed to participate or accompany visitors. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by someone of high school age or older. Group applications are not accepted. The tour will be conducted as a guided group tour by staff. Same-day participation is not permitted without prior registration. As an infectious disease prevention measure, please wear a mask.
