About this event

Held on the rooftop of Murodo Terminal along the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, "Tateyama Street Piano 2026" is a special event where music is played amid magnificent nature at an altitude of 2,450 meters. For three days from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13, 2026, an upright piano will be set up that anyone can play freely. Reclining chairs will be arranged around the piano, creating a luxurious space to relax and enjoy music while taking in the spectacular view of Murododaira. In its 4th year since the inaugural event, members of the acoustic music unit "Toy le Canto" and the nature pop band "Super Tozanbu" will perform as special guests to liven up the venue. In addition, as a pre-event, a public invitation program for performers is being held, soliciting participants through performances on the Toyama Station street piano and social media posts. Why not take this opportunity to experience the fusion of Tateyama's grand nature and music?
