About this event
This event opens the interior of Tokachi Railway Locomotive No. 4 and Passenger Car Koha 23, a designated cultural property of Obihiro City, to the general public. Visitors can step inside the cars, which are usually closed off, and experience history firsthand. It is a great opportunity to see these precious vehicles preserved on Toteppo Street up close.
