'KAI SPORTS DAY' is an event held around Sports Day under the slogan 'One Sport per Citizen,' aimed at promoting health and strengthening solidarity among local residents. With Yahata Park as the main venue, light sports trial sessions for all generations will feature activities such as boccia and Molkky. Soccer clinics by Ventforet Kofu coaches and baseball clinics by Nihon Aviation High School baseball team members will be offered for elementary school students. A diverse lineup of programs is prepared, including a 3x3 basketball tournament, dance workshops, park yoga, a Molkky tournament, and sports tag sessions. Additionally, inflatable play domes for children, food trucks, and awareness booths will be available, offering a full day of sporting fun. At the Ryuo Health and Welfare Center, health gaming trial sessions featuring Taiko no Tatsujin and Nintendo Switch Sports will also take place.
