Held in front of JR Ryuo Station in Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture, "Kaiteki Morning Market" is a popular morning market event held on the second Sunday of every month. Various stalls open offering fresh locally harvested vegetables, prepared dishes, bread, cafe gourmet, general goods, and more, allowing visitors to enjoy the unique charm of the region. Located right in front of the station for easy access, you can drop in casually during the refreshing morning hours. Meeting seasonal products and stallholders is one of its charms, making it a community-based event enjoyable for families, friends, and solo visitors alike. Currently, over 50 vendors provide sales and hands-on experiences each time.
