Sanada Residence Garden Light-up "Genso"

"Genso" will be held at the Sanada Residence Garden in Matsushiro Town, Nagano City, where the garden will be magically illuminated with seven colors of light. Visitors can enjoy daily alternating live musical performances in the tranquility of the garden at night. In particular, in conjunction with the Zenkoji Temple Gokaicho (special unveiling of the sacred image) scheduled for 2027 (Reiwa 9), a special projection mapping show will be held with the theme of the connection between Zenkoji and Matsushiro. This is a rare opportunity to experience Matsushiro's mystical ambiance, entirely different from the daytime. A diverse lineup of performers is scheduled to enchant visitors, including Kyoko Maruyama (harpist), Sachie Watanabe (flutist), Matsushiro Gagaku (ancient imperial court music), Yatsuhashi-ryu Sokyoku (koto music), Bell Ringers Matsushiro, and Hogaku Sanyaso.
