📅 Sat, Sep 12, 2026 - Sun, Nov 8, 2026
About this event
Originating in Italy, micromosaic is a traditional craft technique in which tiny glass pieces measuring 1 to 2 millimeters are arranged to create intricate patterns and pictures. This exhibition showcases numerous works shining with the artists' individuality, including accessories and framed pictures crafted with the delicate expression unique to this technique. Participating artists are Kaizuya (Masaaki Nakano and Totto Nakano), Kaoru Kawanaka, Ako, and Eriko Takano. During the exhibition period, lectures introducing the history of micromosaics and accessory-making workshops by the artists will also be held. There are also days when artists will be present in the gallery, offering opportunities to interact directly with the works.
