Madarao Kogen Hot Air Balloon Tethered Flight Experience

Limited to this summer, a tethered hot air balloon flight experience will be held at Madarao Kogen Ski Resort. Held early every morning from 6:00 to 9:00, you can enjoy a 5- to 7-minute flight. Small children and pets can also participate together, making it perfect for summer vacation memories. No reservations are needed as boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, allowing for easy participation. In the clear morning air, you can easily enjoy the spectacular view from the plateau at an elevation of about 1,000 meters and the extraordinary experience unique to hot air balloons. The rich nature of Madarao Kogen spreads out below, and if weather conditions are favorable, you can look out across distant mountain ranges. The plateau scenery illuminated by the morning sun offers an inspiring experience that cannot be fully conveyed in photos. Flight duration may vary depending on wind direction, and flights may be canceled at the pilot's discretion depending on weather and wind conditions. Because flight opportunities are limited, boarding will be filled to capacity sharing rides with other guests.
