The 52nd Kiso Music Festival is a classical music festival with the main theme of 'Harmony of Nature and Music.' As a 4-day immersion in chamber music, numerous top-tier artists will gather. Attractive stages differing by venue will be set up, including outdoor alphorn performances and concerts at the culture hall standing on the Kisokoma Plateau. This music festival is an established tradition said to have laid the foundation for numerous music festivals in Japan. In 2026, it will be held from Thursday, August 27 to Sunday, August 30, presenting different programs each day: the Eve Festival Concert, and Festival Concerts I, II, and III. You can enjoy this festival of chamber music presented with a diverse selection of pieces ranging from famous compositions to hidden masterpieces.
