This special exhibition showcases the fierce, daily 'eat or be eaten' survival struggles of insects inhabiting the Nagara River basin through lifelike 3D taxidermy and models. Visitors can experience the astonishing strength and fascination of indigenous insects. The exhibition also introduces the step-by-step process of creating insect specimens that visitors can easily try this summer, complete with actual physical examples. Furthermore, a special hands-on experience allowing visitors to explore a darkened hall with flashlights recreates dramatic showdown scenes such as 'Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle vs. Giant Stag Beetle,' offering a vivid glimpse into the warring states-like world of insects.
