Rose Train Festa 2026

About this event

'Rose Train Festa 2026', held in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is a model railway exhibition event celebrating its 19th edition this year. It will be held on the final weekend of summer vacation, August 22 and 23. In the air-conditioned exhibition room of the Fuji City Cultural Center Rose Theatre, visitors can enjoy exhibitions and running demonstrations of model trains in various gauges and scales, including G gauge, O gauge, HO gauge, 16 scale, N gauge, and Z gauge. In addition, headmarks used on the Gakunan Railway, displays of railway-related parts in the collection of Gakunan Electric Train, a papercraft workshop corner, and a 5-inch ride-on mini train driving experience will be available. Real cardboard hard tickets actually used on the Gakunan Electric Train will be distributed to visitors as commemorative gifts. This event is designed to be enjoyed not only by model train enthusiasts but also by families.
