The 3rd V x Kake Fes is a fan festival held in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, combining VTubers with things fans love ('suki'). Packed with a wide variety of content such as VTuber itasha (decorated cars), itabikes (decorated motorcycles), cosplay, and music DJs, it provides a gathering and networking space for VTuber enthusiasts. The venue is the Kakegawa Lifelong Learning Center, featuring various programs including VTuber itasha displays, cosplay photo sessions, and merchandise sales.
