This is an annual exhibition by 25 painting enthusiasts living in Kikugawa City, Kakegawa City, and Omaezaki City. A wide variety of distinctive works are featured, including oil paintings, watercolors, computer graphics, and pastels. The venue is the 2nd-floor exhibition room of Kikugawa City Library, and the event runs from 10:00 to 16:00.
