Held in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Ichinomiya City's sewerage system, "Mizu Fes 138" is a commemorative event where visitors can enjoy learning about the history, roles, and necessity of sewerage systems through hands-on experiences and activities. At the venue, a weather experiment show by Takeyoshi Ishibashi, who is popular on TV, will be held, offering content that children and adults alike can enjoy. In addition, various attractions are prepared, including an award ceremony for the Manhole Cover Design Contest, a giant pool doodle corner, and facility tour of the Tobu Purification Center. Workshops are also abundant, such as paper crafts, sand art classes, alcohol ink art experiences, slime making, customized pen making, and manhole bag making, offering the fun of creating your very own original work. In corporate exhibition and experience corners, visitors can test-ride and operate construction vehicles, observe microorganisms under a microscope, and learn about water-related jobs. In the disaster prevention exhibition, you can view actual equipment useful during disasters. Food trucks and a market (marche) will also open at the venue, allowing you to savor gourmet foods. With a quiz rally and games corner, it is an event you can enjoy all day long.
