Held at the Handa Red Brick Building in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, "Coffee Kaiyu" is an event where you can spend the day wrapped in the aroma of coffee while searching for your favorite cup. Over 20 coffee shops will participate, allowing visitors to taste and compare different flavor profiles arising from variations in roasting and brewing methods. Guests can thoroughly enjoy the deep charm of coffee, featuring light acidity, rich depth, and gentle sweetness. In addition, there are plenty of food stalls featuring baked goods, sweets, and spice curry paired with coffee, as well as vintage clothing and general goods. Workshops focusing on roasting, brewing, and expanding coffee knowledge are also held to further deepen coffee appreciation. Visitors can leisurely explore the venue with a cup of coffee in hand and enjoy their own time in the historic brick setting.
