About this event
Organized by the Hekinan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the commercial fair "Hekinan Yokocho" is a regular popular event lined with food, drink, and retail stalls, bustling with many visitors. Scheduled for September 2026 at Hekinan Seaside Park, even greater crowds are expected thanks to synergy with the beach volleyball competition of the 20th Asian Games (Aichi-Nagoya) held in the same city. Known as a gourmet event where visitors can experience the region's charm, past editions featured distributions of limited-edition ramen and teppan grill gourmet offerings presented by vendors from Yuni Town, Hokkaido. Stalls are mainly targeted at member businesses of the Chamber (restaurants, retailers, etc.), with application deadlines established. In 2025, as part of the Hekinan Commercial Fair, the event was held at the Kinuura Grand Hotel, followed by a second installment at the Hekinan Chamber of Commerce and Industry parking lot.
