About this event
The "11th Moriichi Stamp Rally" is an event aimed at rediscovering the charms, people, products, and history of Moriyama while visiting various shops and attractions in Moriyama City by bicycle and experiencing local hospitality. By visiting numerous checkpoints, it seeks to revitalize local tourism and the economy by deepening connections between cyclists, local residents, and facilities, as well as fostering businesses' understanding of cycling. Covering the entire city as the venue, it provides an opportunity to promote cycling around Moriyama City—popularly known as "Moriichi"—and create a bicycle-friendly environment. Participants can start freely from anywhere such as their homes and aim for the finish line while collecting stamps at checkpoints. Each checkpoint offers plenty of enjoyable activities, including hospitality and lotteries to win wonderful prizes.
