With the slogan 'Make it the hottest day in Suita!', 'Suita Festa 2026' held at Expo '70 Commemorative Park in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, is a festival celebrating its 5th anniversary this year. Inheriting the spirit of the former 'Suita Matsuri,' the event has been consolidated at Expo '70 Commemorative Park since 2022. On the day of the event, diverse programs are scheduled, including 'Suita Halloween Night' and 'Music & Performance' at the Festival Plaza, 'Kids Park' at the Upper Plaza, and 'Mini Expo' and 'Suita Biyori' at the Lower Plaza. Main MC and main dancer auditions will also be held to boost excitement. Admission is free for Suita residents, while visitors from outside the city pay 450 yen for adults and free for junior high school students and younger. Sign language interpreters will also be stationed, promoting an environment everyone can enjoy. In the past, Kazufumi Miyazawa (former vocalist of THE BOOM) and 'MYAKU-MYAKU,' the official character of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, made appearances, creating immense excitement.
