2026 Izumiotsu Sports Festival

About this event

An event designed to support citizens' health and physical fitness, allowing anyone to casually experience a variety of sports. Starting with a golf experience led by professional golfer Ayaka Murata, diverse sports activities are prepared, including baton twirling, kendo, badminton, tennis, judo, table tennis, basketball, soccer, and baseball. There are also ball games enjoyable for both children and adults, as well as recreational sports such as boccia and molkky. In addition to sports trials, there are extensive health-related booths providing useful information for daily wellness, including a toe measurement booth to assess the base supporting the entire body, a Veggie Check booth that measures estimated vegetable intake numerically, and a shoelace seminar. At the end of the event, a fun raffle drawing will be conducted. Food trucks will also be open in the parking lot area, making it easy and fun to stop by whether you participate in the sports trials or not. In case of rain, some activities will change, and only indoor events will be held.
