The '22nd Senshu YOSAKOI Eejanaika Festival' will be held around Rinku Town in Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture, on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2026. Centered in Izumisano City, this is a Yosakoi festival that transcends regions and generations. The eve festival will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 17:00 to 18:30 at Myokoji Temple, and the main festival will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026 from 9:30 to 18:30 across all 7 venues in the Rinku area. Approximately 100 teams and around 3,000 dancers from all over Japan will gather to perform powerful dances with colorful costumes and naruko clappers. Visitors can enjoy performances in both stage and street formats, seeing different dances at each venue. Viewing is free of charge. Multiple venues are set up around Rinku Town Station, offering excellent access. The event will proceed in the rain, but will be canceled in case of severe weather.
