About this event
Organized by the Hyogo Prefecture Bakery Cooperative, this bread extravaganza marks its 10th anniversary edition. Around 15 bakeries specializing in local bread from Hyogo Prefecture will gather at the venue for a one-day-only sales event. Unique items will be featured, including a coffee-derived bread jointly developed by the Okada Seminar of the University of Marketing and Distribution Sciences and Isuzu Bakery, as well as breads featuring azuki red beans. A "bread fishing" game that parents and children can enjoy together and a mini concert by CHONMAGE JAPAN are also scheduled. Hosted in an indoor venue directly accessible from the underground shopping mall without getting wet, it can be comfortably enjoyed even on rainy days. As the event concludes as soon as bread stocks run out, arriving early is recommended.
