Gifu Prefecture Sightseeing and Local Products Exhibition in Amagasaki 2026

About this event

Two days packed with exquisite gourmet food and the charm of Gifu Prefecture! Famous specialties from Hida and Mino will gather in full force, including gohei mochi (grilled rice cakes), salt-grilled char (iwana), Hida beef croquettes, and local sake. With outdoor recreation information, tourism promotions, and rental play equipment on the lawn plaza, the whole family can enjoy the entire day. At the venue, lines formed at demonstration sales booths for salt-grilled river fish and gohei mochi, as well as stalls selling freshly fried croquettes made with Hida beef. Five tourism associations from within Gifu Prefecture set up booths to distribute tourist brochures and promote the area. In addition, 19 businesses selling specialty products participated. Rush mats (goza) and Molkky sets were also available for rent at the venue, allowing visitors to relax and browse brochures while savoring local specialties.
