Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year as a staple summer event in Takarazuka, "Takarazuka Summer Live 2026" will be held. Bands and groups active in or connected to Takarazuka City will gather across all genres for an opportunity to hone their musical skills and deepen cultural exchange. This year's guest is Tsugaru-shamisen player Kana Iida, who will open the event with an overwhelming performance that overturns conventional concepts, ranging from traditional folk songs to rock. In addition, a total of 14 performing groups will deliver passionate live performances spanning original pop, Ventures, rock, Hawaiian & hula, wind brass, and big band jazz. Enjoy this intergenerational musical showdown that enlivens Takarazuka, the city of music.
