About this event
An arts festival bringing together artists with ties to Abashiri City to present dance, music, performances, and exhibitions. It aims to deepen exchanges with citizens and create an environment that serves as an activity hub for specialists in outstanding arts and culture across diverse genres. The art exhibition is free to view and will be held from September 1 to 6. Live performances in the atrium lobby will take place on the morning of September 5, and the music stage in Echo Hall will be held on the afternoon of the same day, which requires a paid ticket. Tickets cost 500 yen and are sold at Echo Center 2000, Kitano Shoe Store, and other locations. Performing artists include Abashiri-born singer Yusuke Hashiri, Kiyosato-born percussionist Tatsuya Shirato, Muroran-born violinist Momoka Seino, and Abashiri-born keyboardist Misaki Murakami. Visitors can also enjoy exhibitions by photographer serika and pen-and-ink drawing artist Emiya (Emi Saito). Photographer serika, born in Abashiri, will exhibit works photographed mainly during evening to nighttime in the city, and pen-and-ink drawing artist Emiya will exhibit mainly landscape drawings of Abashiri. A dance show & dance battle by K3 Dance Company will also be held, featuring dance battles with invited guest judges.
