Held at Hachi Plateau in Yabu City, Hyogo Prefecture, the Hachi Plateau Bonfire Festival is an event full of delicious food and enjoyable times. At the bonfire booths, which also feature the famous Swedish torches, visitors can purchase firewood, rent chairs, and enjoy bonfires to their heart's content. The food corner brings together Yabu gourmet foods, including yab yam, PEAKS CAFE, Mountain Restaurant C's, Odagaki-san-ke no Yoka Pork, Ginkai Shuzo, Nakano Jozo, SASAYA, Mt.8, Koumeya, and Tenkamuteki, where bonfire foods can also be savored. From 18:00, 'Autumn Starlit Sky Walk' to enjoy the clear autumn night sky will be guided by an astronomy expert ('Star Doctor'). Furthermore, a 'Lucky Draw' starting this year will take place from 19:00, with free participation. Since autumn nights at Hachi Plateau get chilly, warm clothing is recommended. After the event, staying overnight at Hachi Plateau THE PARK (campsite) or Resort Inn Lodge Miyuki is also recommended. A 1-night stay with breakfast plan is available in conjunction with the bonfire festival, and mentioning 'Bonfire Festival Accommodation' will grant a special visitor gift.
