The 19th Tatsuno Citizen Festival will be held around Tatsuno City Hall and Nakagawara Park. On the day of the event, various programs are planned, including a parade enlivening the venue with diverse performances, the "Tatsuno Totteoki Street" promoting local and specialty goods, a bustling food stall village (open-air stalls and food trucks), and a flea market where you can find great bargains. Volunteer staff to support the citizen festival are also being recruited, making it an event created together with the whole community. The parade covers a course of approximately 500 meters from in front of Nakagawara Park, passing along the street in front of the City Hall to the main stage in front of the Disaster Prevention Base, with various participating groups presenting costumes, dance, and vehicle parades. The Tatsuno Citizen Festival will be a day that deepens exchanges among local residents and showcases the charms of the city.
