About this event

As the monthly event held on the 4th Sunday of every month in Ikoma City by "Michikusa Farm," "Michikusa Farm: Stone-Oven Pizza Making with Harvested Wheat and Vegetables!" will take place. In this event, participants can experience making pizza baked in a stone oven from scratch using wheat grown with no-till natural farming and seasonal summer vegetables harvested during this period. It is a rare opportunity to savor warm, handmade pizza that brings out the blessings of nature. The event will be held at Gotanbara no Sato (Kodaira-cho), with a fee of 500 yen for adults (free for junior high school students and younger) and 500 yen per pizza. Advance registration is required, and applications will be accepted by email or phone starting Tuesday, September 8. Participants need to bring a spatula, whisk, and cooking scale, and may also bring any ingredients they wish to top their pizza with. The capacity is 30 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizer is General Incorporated Association Nikogusa, with contact information provided.
