The historic townscape of the Matsuyama district in Uda City, designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, is illuminated with electric lights and lanterns. Historic traditional houses are beautifully lit up, allowing visitors to enjoy a magical atmosphere. On the final day of the event period, festival stalls and events are also held, adding even more lively bustle. At the nearby "Uda Animal Park", the "Honnorian Don" event is held concurrently on Friday and Saturday, allowing visitors to enjoy touring the lights of Ouda together. On Saturday, August 29, shuttle bus service is also scheduled to run between "Uda Animal Park" and "Roadside Station Udaji Ouda (Michi-no-Eki Udaji Ouda)".
