About this event
As a related program of the Reiwa 8 (2026) Tawaramoto Town Cultural Festival, the "Tawaramoto Town Cultural Festival Popular Theater (Taishu Engeki)" will be held. The venue is Yayoi no Sato Hall at the Tawaramoto Aogaki Lifelong Learning Center. The performing troupe is the Sawamura Shintaro Troupe. Doors open at 1:30 PM, with the performance scheduled to start at 2:00 PM. Capacity is limited to the first 700 people on a first-come, first-served basis; no advance registration is required, but admission may be restricted depending on attendance. Admission is free. Please note that the event may be cancelled due to typhoons, earthquakes, or other disruptions. Additionally, once inside Yayoi no Sato Hall, attendees are kindly asked to wait quietly in their seats until the performance begins.
