41st Kishimoto Community Center Kinaiya Festival

About this event

'Kinaiya' means 'please come' in the local dialect, and this is the largest event in the Kishimoto area. Coloring the deepening autumn season, this festival has been held since 1986 and is cherished as a community-rooted event. One of the highlights of the festival is the powerful performance by the Kishimoto Fujin Daiko drum group, whose resonant drum beats fill the venue and further enliven the celebration. In addition, diverse stalls such as an open-air market, flea market, and light meal stands will be set up to entertain visitors. Traditional Yoshinaga Market (farm tool market) and cultural festival programs are also prepared, offering a diverse lineup every year. With abundant events for children and opportunities to experience local culture, it is an event that families can enjoy.
