Held at Bios Ikoidokoro Plaza in the Kurashiki Station Front Shopping District, "Kurashiki Downtown Bon Odori" is an inclusive Bon Odori event where anyone can naturally mix and mingle regardless of age, nationality, or handicap. In 2026, a performance by the traditional Japanese instrumental group "Seppuku Pistols" has been confirmed, and their powerful music will liven up the venue. Visitors can also enjoy a "once-in-a-lifetime live experience" where words from attendees turn into Ondo songs on the spot, food and drinks gathered from local eateries, and hands-on workshops such as cardboard craft and original mask making. Through music, it aims to be a warm festival where diverse people interact and create together.
