On Monday, September 21, 2026 (public holiday), the "Onomichi Sake Festival 2026" will be held at Onomichi Station Green Square. Eighteen sake breweries, mainly from Hiroshima Prefecture, gather for this event where you can enjoy tasting and comparing sake from various breweries under the autumn sky. Food stall booths serving snacks that pair well with sake are also scheduled to appear at the venue, allowing you to enjoy interacting with brewery representatives while holding sake and appetizers. It is a prime opportunity to encounter sake that you rarely have the chance to drink, and to find your favorite bottle or favorite brewery. All-you-can-drink tickets are available for 3,000 yen in advance and 3,500 yen on the day, and single-cup try tickets for 400 yen each are also available for easy enjoyment.
