About this event
Held in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the municipal organization of Mitoyo City and the establishment of Kagawa Prefectural Citizens' Day, "Hozan Lake Festival 2026" is an event that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations, from children to adults, set at Hozan Lake OKURA Ballpark. Providing an opportunity to reaffirm local charm and human connections, it also celebrates the 3rd anniversary of the start of service of Hozan Lake OKURA Ballpark. On the day, Kagawa Prefecture's resident comedian Tsuyoshi Kaji will liven up the venue. While enjoying delicious meals from kitchen cars (food trucks), visitors can participate in various hands-on trial sessions. A free open space will also be provided on Natural Turf Court B, offering the experience of walking barefoot on natural grass. The event lineup includes the 3rd Hozan Lake Cup, soccer clinic (reservation required), health clinic (partial reservation required) and physical fitness test, 3rd Asobi Fest 2026, runbike trial session, Catch Ball Classic (invited teams only), Human Rights Fair 2026 in Mitoyo, and more. At Asobi Fest, participants can enjoy trial sessions and performances of urban sports such as parkour, slackline, and street workout. In particular, the parkour trial session allows learning basic movements and techniques, while the slackline trial session aims to improve balance. The street workout trial session is free to join. The health clinic will offer conditioning classes for people in their 40s and 50s, as well as running classes for children aiming to run "fast, fun, and safe". At the Human Rights Fair, visitors can enjoy learning about human rights through can badge making, quizzes, and more.
