The Tosa City Citizens' Art Exhibition provides a venue for citizens to present the outcomes of their cultural and artistic activities, aiming to foster the promotion of regional culture and the realization of enriching civic lives by encouraging creative drive and mutual interaction. A wide variety of cultural and artistic genres will be exhibited, including paintings, crafts, literary works, 3D works, sculptures, calligraphy, photography, flower arrangements, commercial art, welfare works (institutions and individuals), as well as works by preschool children and elementary, junior high, and high school students. Details regarding submissions can be checked in the separate application guidelines. Admission is free, but designated fees apply for submitting works. However, submissions from schools/groups as encouragement works, social welfare organizations, and persons with disabilities are free of charge. Held at the Tosa City Complex Cultural Facility Tsunade, it will be a gathering place for the creativity of many citizens.
