This is a fermented juice making experience using abundant seasonal fruits from Miyama City and locally produced fresh koji. While encountering the fermentation culture rooted in daily life in Miyama City, under the guidance of an instructor well-versed in koji, you will create your own original fermented juice. You will taste the completed juice and receive explanations on how to utilize it. It will be a special experience that nourishes your mind and body while experiencing the blessings of Miyama's nature and food. Please bring an apron, hand towel, and kitchen knife to participate.
