About this event
Starting from Sopia Shingu, this is a 6.5 km walking course touring Shingu Beach—a popular walking route with beautiful sandy beaches and pine groves—and the center of Shingu Town. In particular, at Shingu Beach, you can experience 'earthing' by walking barefoot on the sandy beach to discharge harmful static electricity accumulated in the body. After finishing the walk, participants can also join the 'Iki-Iki Exercise & Health Festa' held concurrently at Sopia Shingu. This event provides an opportunity to refresh both mind and body while promoting health through nature and experiencing a local festival.
