About this event

Held as the 5th session of the Reiwa 8 (2026) fiscal year L'espoir Hisayama "History Lecture" series, "Investigation Experience of Shurazan Ruins" delves deeply into the history of Hisayama. This lecture is part of a 6-session series, and in this specific session, in connection with the guidance facility currently under construction at the Shurazan Ruins, participants can experience the history of Hisayama through an archaeological survey experience of the ruins. It will be a valuable opportunity to explore the region's past from an archaeological perspective. A site visit will also be conducted after the lecture, allowing participants to learn history in a more practical manner. Mr. Hiroshi Yoshidome and Ms. Chie Egami of the Hisayama Town Board of Education have been invited as lecturers to deepen participants' understanding of history with their professional insights.
