Hizen Hamashuku Autumn Brewery Festival

Held in Hizen Hamashuku, Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, the "Hizen Hamashuku Autumn Kurakura Festival" is a major autumn event where local sake breweries and pickle cellars welcome guests with their proud products. The venue spans a total of 26 participating shops and facilities across the Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings and the Hama Station area. On the day of the event, visitors of all ages can enjoy comparing Kashima local sakes and drinking at sake shops (kakuuchi), alongside live music performances and a children's plaza (fee required). The Children's Townscape Guide (scheduled for 11:00-12:00) also offers an opportunity to learn about the region's history and culture. It will be a day to fully enjoy the historic townscape of Hizen Hamashuku brimming with autumn charm while indulging in local sake and music.
