On the two days of Saturday, November 7, and Sunday, November 8, 2026, the "24th Tsugaru Food and Industry Festival 2026" will be held at Hirosaki City Athletic Park, located at 2-3 Toyoda, Oaza, Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture. It is a major autumn event where local foods, crafts, daily living products, and more gather in one place. It offers an opportunity to enjoy, taste, and learn about Tsugaru's rich "food" and the "industry" supporting the region. Featuring harvest flavors such as apples, it will bustle as a two-day local specialty product festival showcasing Tsugaru's agricultural produce and local industries. Event hours are from 9:00 to 16:00, but will end at 15:00 on the 8th.
