Iwate Prefectural Administration 150th Anniversary Parade (Tokyo Disney Resort Special Parade)

About this event

To commemorate the 150th anniversary of Iwate Prefectural Administration and showcase the state of recovery both within and outside the prefecture, the "Iwate Prefectural Administration 150th Anniversary Parade" will be held. In this commemorative parade, the "Tokyo Disney Resort Special Parade" will also take place, where Disney characters will appear to the upbeat music of "Jamboree Mickey!" and liven up the parade together with local children. In addition, an exhibition of the "Duffy Bus" will be held on the same day in the parking lot in front of Kiseki no Ipponmatsu Hall from around 10:00 to 16:00. Commemorating "Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary: Sparkling Jubilee" held at the park, a vehicle featuring "Duffy and Friends Find Your Beautiful Blue!" specifications will be displayed, allowing visitors to touch the fluffy vehicle body made of the same fabric as Duffy plush toys and take commemorative photos. The parade venue is Symbol Road in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, though the time is currently undecided. On the day, local traditional performing arts and dance teams will also participate, making the event even livelier.
