About this event
The "19th Kaminokawa Sunflower Festival," held in Kaminokawa Town, Tochigi Prefecture, is a summer tradition in Kaminokawa Town featuring 100,000 sunflowers blooming across a vast field of approximately 3 hectares. Since 2023, it has been held as a marche-style event, with various activities taking place on the east side of the sunflower field. Isokawa Green Park is located on the west side of the venue, where visitors can stroll along the walking path. Kaminokawa Town, Nogi Town, and Mashiko Town, which promote town revitalization utilizing sunflowers, have made the "Sunflower Summit Joint Declaration," and an "Instagram Photo Contest" is also held as a collaborative event. Information regarding the blooming status of the sunflower field and the holding of the Sunflower Summit "Instagram Photo Contest 2025" is also provided.
